Netflix got sued by the American Association for the Deaf for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act by not having closed captioning for some streaming content. They plan to caption 90% within a year, and have all of it done by October 2014. This is great news not only for the deaf community, but for people who are partially hard of hearing and people who have auditory processing disorders.
